After getting excited by the Chicago Auto Show, it is almost a given for many to look forward to the next Geneva Motor Show, which is slated next month.
And perhaps this is a good reason to continue longing to join the Swiss spectacle.
Above is the official sketch of iMiEV Sport Air, the latest in the Mitsubishi electric city-car series. This concept car is expected to headline the Geneva Motor Show together with other supercars and motor combustion models.
A notable advancement of this left-hand drive is its improved handling and looks, made possible through its wider and longer frame. It, too, “explores the future possibilities for zero-emission vehicles, placing a greater bias on exhilarating driving pleasure.”
The car is to be propelled by an electric motor energized by 330V lithium-ion batteries which can allow it to run the range of 100 miles. Manufacturers are still in the works in coming up with faster-charging iMiEV batteries, which normally take seven hours to charge using a regular household electric outlet.
News says that a coupe version of the iMiEV will also be displayed in the Geneva Motor Show.
